As a board, advisory, panel and jury member, Che brings a voice to the table that is informed by and representative of the communities he is actively involved with. He is regularly sought after for his perspective on top-level strategies and planning initiatives, often one of the only voices of this nature in the room.

Throughout his career, he has continuously and successfully advocated for additional spaces on these decision-making tables to represent more diverse community voices.
